Hokowhitu School Picnic
We held our annual school picnic, at Memorial Park, on Friday 11th February. After having had to postpone it from the previous week, the weather was fantastic and the children had a great day, along with many parents who were able to come to watch and to join their children for lunch. Photographs.

Twilight Gala
Our marvellous Parents Club organised a Twilight Gala on from 5 pm on Friday April 1st. This was very successfu, both in raising money for sports equipment, and in bringing our school community together. Here's a selection of photographs.
Let's Celebrate!
One of the many wonderful things about our school is our multi-national family. We have children here from all over the world, which helps make this a wonderful place for children to learn about each other. To coincide with the Rugby World Cup, we have been celebrating all our international Family. Added to this, each class has adopted a rugby world cup team from overseas (except for Australia and England) and has learned about their team's homleland. On Wednesday 21st August we held a "Let's Celebrate" evening so families to come in to visit the school and to see all the wonderful work that has been done in every classroom.
