Hokowhitu School Newsletters

School newsletters are published each Friday during term time, apart from the the very occasional time when it is necessary to bring the publishing date forward to Thursday. A .pdf copy of each week's newsletter is uploaded to the website as soon as possible after it is finalised, usually no later than 1 p.m. As these newsletters are in .pdf format, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If this is not installed, it is available for free download here.

We try to keep the file sizes to about 400 Kb, to minimise download times for people using dial up internet access.

Blogs

Over the year we will be setting up school and class blogs. These will enable us to provide quick information about school and class events, and also will provide a way for people to add their comments.

Class Newsletters

Each class will send home a newsletter at least once each term. These newsletters aim to keep parents informed about planned activities, coming events, and also about classroom operations. Copies of class newsletters are also posted on the website.

Team Newsletters

From time to time, each team will send home newsletters that provide information about team events e.g school camps.

Copies of most team newsletters are also posted on the website.
